The Lancor Advisory Business (“LAB”) has worked with, and placed dozens of Operating Partners and they are often tasked with driving the improvements that will lead to larger and more profitable companies. Mark has built companies by M&A (~$30b in value) but the majority of the value was delivered by growing the actual companies.
